Its been a busy and tuff week, but I am getting there

I am trying to replace all the soda in my system with real blood,   and there have been quite a few headaches.  I think I have it down now I am trying to lower my caffeen, I tried tea and coffee but I still seem to get the headaches,  there must be something else in the soda,  so I am trying to have 1 eod  somedays are goin better than other, hope to be off the pop completely with in another week.

Did loose 6 lbs last week, not working out as much as I would like due to headaches and all the house work and the youngest child,  but we are almost finished with her room.

O we are turning the office, into a room for the 3 year old.   It has plaster with lead paint on it so it is a job.  However it is almost finished and safe for her to be in.  Once it is finished (hope by tonight).  I will have space to work out with my gazzel,  my mother in law gave me.  There will also be room in the living room to live and work out lol,  most of her stuff is in the living room, and a little space in the hallway.  She is getting excited,  she knows everyone has a room but her,  and when we tell her room is almost done she gets so happy.

I will try to be in more this week,  I am not very savy at all this cool stuff I see everyone doin but I am ganna try to figure it all out.

I am naming this year Angies Year of Loss

Hello All,

For the last few years they have been years of gain,  this year I want all that gain to go away.

I hate the way I feel and look,  this new weight is causing problems with my back, neck ancles, and shoulder,  then I am in pain and feel less like doin anything.  The lack of activtiy adds more to my weight adding even more to my problems.

My 2 biggest enemies is my addition to sodapop, and my hypothyroid (not taking my medication is a big problem).

The biggest problem I need to over come is gettin ride of the pop, and not taking on another unhealthy habbit.  The second biggest challange I have will be to take my medication and the health supplements I have.  All of the pop I have had over the years has done bad things for my body.

My first big goal,  to take my thyroid, PXP (for building healthy tissue), callcium, iron, some algea  and a php balance thing. Also I will try to drink 1 gallon of water a day and see how all that makes me feel.

For activity I will start (I hope) with 20 minutes a day on the eliptical and 20 minutes a day on the gazzel.  I am hoping to up my cardo, and burn some fat while adding mucsle to my body.  I am ganna try to add some good workout videos to that in a week or so.

 I want to take the weight off most of all the fat off, and get healthy doin it.  I am open and would love imput on exercise,  diet, and good health supplemnt (natural ones).  If u come cheer me on I would love to cheer you on as well,  most of all I am looking for people that will make me accountable for my eating, health and activity chooses.

I am hoping to add pitures tomorrow and start a weight ticker, food and exercise logs
